At ABUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home security and hardware purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ABUS account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, mounting hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
